Parlee Lumber in Littleton, MA is going out of business, unfortunately.  They were a sawmill and have a lot of pine and oak to liquidate.  They have a bunch of clear pine S4S, rough cut pine,  rough cut oak  and slabs of pine, oak and birch. Their usual low prices are discounted 25% and up, depending on how much you buy.  

The contents and remaining lumber are being auctioned of Oct 16 or 17th so load up now.
