A picture can be added to the post by sending a jpg to the Web Administrator with a note

about which post the picture goes with.

Alternatively, (and a lot more directly and with much much less wear and tear on the Web Administrator)  the member can add a link to the post from a picture on any Cloud service like Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive.
