i just received 4 sawstop zero clearance inserts ($40 + 2.50 shipping) from splashcarpentry.com.. at this price it doesn't pay to make my own.... see photo,.. they have all the cutouts on the bottom and the 5 leveling screws..... made of mdf, they are a very tight fit to the saw, but he also includes a small piece of sandpaper so he must assume a sanding is needed (he says very humid in chicago right now)
