Someone on cape cod is selling a supermax 19/38 drum sander; I have not seen the sander in person but based on a photo it seems it needs a new conveyor belt;

Seller says he is not a woodworker and knows nothing about the device.....ANY SUGGESTIONS on what to look for besides the conveyor ($79 replacement part) or what it might be worth?
