I have a downed maple tree in my front yard that I would like to offer to any woodworker that might want it. It's 20" diameter at the base, straight as an arrow, and mostly clean (some rot at base). I can cut it up, but would be a shame just to burn it. It tried standing it up, but roadwork cut a root, and it uprooted after the last nor'easter.
