Just found this local sawyer, Matt Pecukonis and it turns out that he is in walking distance from my house in North Reading on the North Shore! He saws only local trees and has a bunch of air dried walnut. He does post all of his flitch boards on his Facebook page and asks that you know what you want to look at and call for an appointment (The stacks are at his house). Nice guy and he carries very unique figured wood.
