Hello

As you may know,  I recently completed moving my shop to a former location in a mill complex in Norwood. Unfortunately a fire in a neighboring building brought to light numerous code violations and an industrial accident in my new location has caused the Norwood authorities to shut the entire complex down. I and my woodworking shopmate are now looking for new space as we are ‘homeless’ and all our machinery, personal tools, work-in-progress and stock are in storage.

These are our general needs:

- approximately 1,500 square feet of ‘industrial’ space

- loading dock / similar access

- 220 volt, single phase, 100 amp electrical service

- code-compliant electricity & sprinklers

- industry-rated floor loading

- loading dock / similar access

- if not on the first floor, we need a freight elevator

We’re willing to sign a three year lease. We prefer a location in the area south of the Mass Pike to the coast, no further than 30 miles from Boston.

We're flexible.
