The April Guild meeting will be our Annual Tool Auction, to be held at Needham Furniture Makers https://needhamfurnituremakers.com The program will consist of a brief business meeting, followed by a presentation about the Needham Furniture Makers, and our auction. A description of the Needham Furniture Makers follows. Our auction will have two new features this year: (1) Large items may be donated and auctioned off through a procedure that has been described. (2) Bidders who are not members of the Guild may be included. This means you may bring your non-member woodworking friends, especially those with few tools and lots of money!
Bring a chair to this meeting to insure you have a seat.

Pete Stein and Hank Wyman birthed the idea of a shared woodworking shop while going through the North Bennet Street School's 2-year program in Furniture Making. Graduating in early 2022 with the skills to become fine furniture makers, they instead decided that surrounding themselves with the furniture making and woodworking community was how they became energized. Thus, Needham Furniture Makers - a haven for all who may be passionate about making stuff - was born.
