It is strongly suggested that you use a computer (desktop or laptop) and download the Zoom app.  If, however, you are using a smartphone or tablet you may need:

Meeting ID: 838 1786 3589

Passcode: 448577

If you haven’t used Zoom before, refer to a couple of “cheat sheet” files here:

First-time-Zoom-start.pdf and Zoom Instructions for Participants.pdf.

For “tips & tricks for Zoom”:

When you join the meeting you will be automatically admitted and you should see the Zoom screen. Please enter your full name when you join the meeting.  This will make it much easier to present the meeting and for you to ask questions.

If you are in “Speaker View” (the speaker is in a large box in the center of your screen) I suggest that you change to “Grid View” so you can see all participants. The icon for grid view is usually at the top right of the Zoom window. Click to change. Your screen will be limited to 25 participants, so if you want to see the rest of the gang, you can click the arrow on the right of the grid display. This may only appear if you “hover” over that area.
