In this presentation, Tom will overview the approach and highlight techniques used in making a traditional mortise and tenon dining chair. Using a craftsman style dining chair as an example, he will demonstrate how to simplify the process when working from full-sized drawings, making accurate patterns, cutting compound joinery, adding detail with hand tools, and more.
