I went with Dri core roughly 15 years ago other than having to spend a lot of time on leveling my floor its been very good. I found it pretty easy to move machines around on. I do have to replace a couple due to a plumbing leak but you can simply cut them out and replace. Dricore seems to help with the musty smell i would get between heating and cooling seasons, but would hardly call that a scientific observation.
I felt it was a lot of money in the moment, but over time it I feel its been a good quality of life investment.
I tend to think in terms of tearing stuff out and repairs. Anything I have to glue down is a no-go for me.
the damp-pro looks like an interesting option.
