Fisk since 1981, spending time in the Wood Shop, Pipe Shop, Drafting Room, and Machine Shop producing parts for the various portions of the instrument. He is currently the Wood Shop Manager, Hiring Manager, Safety Officer, and Purchasing Agent.

C. B. Fisk, Inc. is located in a modern 25,000 square foot building constructed expressly for the making of pipe organs. Located on three acres of land, the building and grounds are wholly owned by the company.

There is parking on the property and people can park on Kondelin Road as well which is parallel to the building. It is a spacious industrial park.
