Anyone out there into spoon carving? Just got a lake house in NH and needed some non-elelectrical woodworking activities going. Got the basic tools for Christmas and just need a little help getting started.

one of these two knives, Its at the shop so i'll need to confirm if its the longer or shorter one.

something like an 8/13 is good for the bowls. A few years back I bought an extra one by accident and used it, so its not returnable.
